We have a 30-day exchange policy. The 30 day exchange period begins the day the product is delivered to you, based on the USPS tracking number provided with the item once shipped. We must receive the item by the 30th day to process an item exchange.

Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:

1. The item ordered was an incorrect size
2. The product ordered was later desired to be changed
3. We mistakenly sent you the wrong item or size

Please note that there are no exchanges accepted on clearance shirts or on items listed as imperfect.

We only allow exchanges on items that are in new condition and have not been worn, washed, used, or altered in any way.

Please email orders@completeconceptsauto.com to receive instructions on how to proceed with your product exchange.

Your exchange will be processed after we receive your item in the mail. The replacement item can take up to a week to ship out.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the exchange of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We DO NOT offer product refunds, only exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
